I’m Niesa White. I am a Black, queer therapist New York native who enjoys tea, video games, music of all genres, and a good sitcom or reality show. Video games bring challenge, music brings culture from around the country and world, and television, a good laugh when you need a pick-me-up.

I work with individuals to bring out their strengths as they deserve. This world can make it challenging for minorities to see themselves succeeding without doubt. They know the “what”, but it can be hard to find the “how”. Sometimes, even the “what” can be a mystery! And that journey can be just as exciting to explore together. I believe that everyone deserves to live by their values and see their dreams fully realized without having to go against who they are.
